Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and integration of Whalebone solutions into customer environments.
  • Assist with product configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation during customer implementations.
  • Work closely with experienced Technical Consultants, Engineering, Product, and Customer Excellence teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Help customers resolve technical issues and provide post-deployment technical support.
  • Learn about customer infrastructures and gain hands-on experience with Linux, networking, DNS, and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and implementation guides.
  • Participate in customer meetings and gradually take ownership of technical tasks as your experience grows.
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites when needed.
  • Continuously develop your technical skills and contribute to improving our implementation processes.


Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Linux administration.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
  • Interest in cybersecurity and modern networking technologies.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Fluency in English.


Nice to have

  • Hands-on Linux experience through university, internships, personal projects, or a homelab.
  • Basic understanding of DNS and internet protocols.
  • Familiarity with Docker.
  • Basic scripting skills (Python or Bash).
  • Experience working with REST APIs.
  • Basic knowledge of network administration (routing, switching, firewalls).
  • Interest in network security technologies or DNS resolver solutions (Knot, Unbound, PowerDNS, etc.).
