UX Researcher / UX Designer

We are looking for a UX Researcher & Designer to join a design team and contribute to the evolution of a suite of enterprise applications supporting lending activities.

Missions

  • Conduct generative user research through interviews and observational studies to understand user needs, workflows and pain points.
  • Gather and analyze business and user requirements.
  • Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions on both Figma prototypes and developed applications.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Design intuitive user flows and information architecture for complex enterprise applications.
  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes and implementation-ready mockups in Figma.
  • Work within an existing enterprise design system while contributing to its continuous improvement through research-backed feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts and Developers.
  • Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) are considered throughout the design process.

Profile

  • Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing and translating insights into design decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of information architecture, user flows and interaction design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Experience designing enterprise, B2B or internal business applications.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing applications built on or integrated with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365.

  • Technical tests
  • Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
  • 2nd interview with our Business Manager
  • Proposal of your application to the client
  • Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
