Business Analyst

Your Mission

• Requirement Management: Independently gather, structure, and document business needs across different departments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Prepare and facilitate collaborative workshops with internal teams and external service providers.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, weak points, and potential areas for digital optimization.
• Impact Analysis: Assess dependencies, risks, and impacts across existing systems, business processes, and interfaces.
• Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize requirements and change requests in close consultation with relevant stakeholders.
• Functional Specs: Define clear acceptance criteria and functional specifications for new applications, features, and process evolutions.
• Delivery Coordination: Independently coordinate small to medium-sized implementation initiatives, from requirement gathering through post-deployment follow-up.
• Testing & Sign-off: Organize and support testing, validation, user acceptance (UAT), and post-deployment monitoring.
• Innovation: Contribute to identifying and implementing practical use cases for digitization, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Your Profile

• Degree or professional training in IT, Economics, Process Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT-related projects, business analysis, process optimization, or software product rollouts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to easily interact with business departments, IT teams, and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a structured approach to challenging and documenting requirements.
• Autonomous and highly organized—capable of driving initiatives independently and managing multiple topics in parallel.
• Quick learner capable of understanding complex applications and organizational environments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience or strong interest in AI, automation, and digital process optimization.
• Familiarity with modeling methodologies like UML or BPMN.
• Knowledge of Change Management, user training, or deployment communication.
• Interest or initial experience in GRC tools, risk management, or compliance documentation.
