The Role

For my client, we are looking for a Data Scientist who enjoys solving complex business challenges through data and machine learning. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data science, analytics, product insights, and decision intelligence. You will be responsible for transforming large-scale platform data into actionable insights and reliable ML solutions that support better business decisions.

You will work across the full machine learning lifecycle: translating business questions into analytical solutions, preparing and exploring data using Python and SQL, developing and evaluating models, explaining results, and helping move successful solutions towards production. You will collaborate closely with product, commercial, operations, data engineering, and ML engineering teams to create impactful data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and solid SQL experience
• Hands-on experience building and evaluating machine learning models (classification, regression, forecasting, segmentation, ranking).
• Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, model evaluation, data quality, and reproducible workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
• Pragmatic mindset with a focus on building solutions that deliver measurable value.
