Role Overview:

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join one of our teams working with a key client in the banking sector, based in Lisbon. You will be involved in the development, modernisation, and maintenance of critical web applications, contributing to both backend and frontend layers while following best engineering practices.

What you will do:

• Develop, implement, and maintain backend and frontend components for web applications;
• Participate in the migration of web applications from legacy frontend frameworks to modern solutions;
• Build efficient, reusable, and reliable code aligned with clean code and SOLID principles;
• Ensure high standards of performance, quality, security, and responsiveness of applications;
• Identify technical bottlenecks and bugs, proposing and implementing effective solutions;
• Collaborate within Agile teams, contributing to continuous improvement, code reviews, and technical craftsmanship.

What you are like:

• Proficient in Fullstack Development, with solid experience across frontend and backend technologies;
• Strong knowledge of Angular for frontend development;
• Proficient in .NET and C# for backend development;
• Solid understanding and application of SOLID principles and good coding practices;
• Comfortable working with relational databases, particularly SQL Server;
• Experience with WebSockets and real-time communication mechanisms;
• Familiar with DevOps tools, including XL Deploy and XL Release;
• Confident using GIT for version control and Jira for task and project management;
• Experience in Investment Banking or financial environments is a strong plus;
• Agile mindset with a strong sense of craftsmanship and ownership;
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
