What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to elicit, analyze, and document clear business and technical requirements.
• Map "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for workflow optimization.
• Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, including User Stories, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and process flows.
• Act as a translator between business users and the technical development team to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Assist the QA team in defining acceptance criteria and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs.
• Analyze data sets to support decision-making and provide data-driven insights for project improvements.

What you will need to succeed

• Around 1.5 years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar tech-focused analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and experience writing user stories.
• Familiarity with project management and modeling tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio, or Bizagi).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex business problems into actionable technical tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive attitude, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
