Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support Agile teams in adopting Scrum values, principles, and best practices.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments, ensuring timely resolution and continuous team progress.
• Promote collaboration between Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance through Agile metrics and simple delivery indicators.
• Analyze delivery trends and identify direct relationships between team practices and delivery outcomes.
• Propose and follow up on continuous improvement actions based on metrics and team observations.
• Anticipate risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring appropriate mitigation and follow-up.
• Foster Agile maturity by promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to improving the predictability, quality, and efficiency of team deliveries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, or equivalent).
• Experience facilitating multidisciplinary Agile teams.
• Ability to identify impediments, drive their resolution, and monitor improvement initiatives.
• Strong focus on value delivery and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and Agile practices evolution.
• Good technical understanding to effectively collaborate with development teams and support decision-making.
• Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership, initiative, and execution.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Agile metrics and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise IT projects.
• Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or similar).
• Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills.
