If you love turning fuzzy problems into clear roadmaps, enjoy collaborating with engineers, designers, and marketers, and have strong opinions (loosely held) about prioritization, metrics, and product craft — we'd love to meet you. In this role you'll shape the end-to-end strategy of NiceToMeet and Mingleo and new brands, from discovery to launch.

We're headquartered in Ljubljana city centre and the team works on-site. Our team is international and English is our first office language.

We trust good instincts and use data to pressure-test our thinking, not replace it. We hold ourselves to a high bar because we genuinely believe we're building something that can be the best in its space.

What you'll be doing:

- Owning the product roadmap and strategy end-to-end

- Turning business goals into clear specs, user stories, and prioritized backlogs

- Running and synthesizing user research and data analysis, then turning insights into product decisions

- Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing to ship features that work

- Defining and tracking the KPIs that matter — and acting on them

- Driving discovery, validation, and experimentation across the product lifecycle

- Testing, iterating, and shipping fast — then doing it again

What we expect:

- 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role)

- A track record that shows real product thinking — not just feature lists

- Strong command of product tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, analytics platforms)

- Solid grasp of product discovery, prioritization frameworks, and data-driven decision making

- Experience shipping products for both mobile and web

- Ability to take feedback well and iterate quickly

- Self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do

- Fluent English

- Willingness to work from our office in Ljubljana
