Join our team! We are looking for a Senior Risk Analyst Sweden

What you will do:

• Actively managing the risk and reward balance of credit risk strategy for our portfolio in Sweden, utilizing internal and external data, and scoring models
• Understanding and developing key metrics to assess the performance of risk strategies
• Enhancing risk strategy across the whole credit lifecycle, including origination, scorecard cut-off management, affordability assessment, limit management, and cross-product pre-approval
• Generating and delivering presentations on credit risk and collection performance and significant trends
• Support the development and implementation of different projects in collection area
• Analyzing current collection performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Developing and monitoring collection KPI’s (Recovery Rate, Promise-to-Pay and Kept Promise-to-Pay, Gross Efficiency etc.)
• Interaction with DWH, marketing, reporting and IT

Some must haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, IT, Finance, Management or Economics
• At least one year of experience in credit risks, with at least two years preferred
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (R, Python, Matlab)
• Logical reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach, demonstrating quick learning and adaptability
• Attention to detail with a high sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in English (verbally and written)
• Knowledge of data science and/or ability to work with or understand machine learning models will be considered an advantage
