About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support software delivery initiatives for a leading pharmaceutical company's R&D platforms and application development programs. This role is focused on driving successful project execution, coordinating cross functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring on time delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Program Managers within a hybrid Agile delivery environment, combining structured governance with Scrum based execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery across multiple software development initiatives.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, timelines, and resource planning across teams.
• Track project progress, delivery metrics, and milestones using Jira and Confluence.
• Provide regular status reporting and communicate risks, blockers, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and delivery best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Software Delivery, or a similar role.
• Strong experience working within Agile environments (Scrum and Kanban).
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven track record of delivering software projects from planning through execution.
• Experience managing cross functional teams, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project reporting tools.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience in cloud environments (GCP preferred) is a plus.
• Experience within Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical environments is advantageous.
• Availability to provide coverage and collaborate during US East Coast business hours.

• Salary Range: €40,000 – €50,000 gross per year, depending on experience, skills, and the outcome of the technical assessment process.
