Business Analyst – Data & Analytics

We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Data & Analytics to bridge the gap between business and technology. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and shape analytics capabilities, translating business needs into scalable end-to-end analytics solutions.

We are looking for someone who understands the broader analytics landscape, enjoys working closely with the business, and can help design effective data-driven solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and challenge business requirements for analytics solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and scalable end-to-end solution designs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver analytics and reporting solutions.
• Support multiple analytics initiatives by identifying business priorities and helping shape the analytics roadmap.
• Coordinate testing, business validation and successful deployment of new analytics capabilities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing analytics solutions and processes.
• Act as the key interface between business and technology, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving collaboration.
• Stay up to date with modern analytics technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence or a similar domain.
• Strong understanding of data, analytics and reporting, with the ability to design end-to-end business solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Dynamic, hands-on and proactive personality with a strong ownership mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel initiatives.
