Senior Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality frontend components and user interfaces across our products.
Contribute to and evolve our component library.
Drive accessibility best practices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
Collaborate closely with designers to translate designs into polished, responsive, and user-friendly experiences.
Improve frontend consistency, usability, and maintainability across applications.
Participate in agile development processes and contribute to team discussions, planning, and reviews.
Support and mentor other frontend developers on UI development best practices

Requirements

Must-Have

Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend styling approaches
Proven experience building and maintaining component libraries or design systems.
Strong knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, screen readers, etc.).
Experience with Storybook or similar component documentation tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and translate Figma designs into production-ready interfaces.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

Experience with Figma and design handoff workflows.
Experience defining and maintaining frontend standards and best practices.
Familiarity with automated accessibility testing tools.
Experience using GitHub and participating in code reviews.
Previous mentoring or coaching experience.
Familiarity with agentic AI development

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies.
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Experience with frontend performance optimization.
