Digital, Innovation & Products Business Analyst - Platform & Data Energy Expert (m/f/n)

Your tasks

• You participate in digitalization initiatives, establishing yourself as an expert in energy, platform (customer portals) and data products and/or concepts in the Sales Business Unit
• You develop and share expertise in energy products and services
• You write functional specifications regarding energy & data management related functionalities and integrations, test and release them on the market
• You develop energy sharing models and energy asset management functionalities
• You participate actively in the BU Sales’ products and services management activities, including post-deployment support, management of providers and continuous improvement
• You establish yourself as a change agent and ease the optimizations’ acceptation across the impacted operational functions and stakeholders
• You test and manage functional and data quality
• You document and improve existing processes and deliver clear analysis documents, establishing yourself as interface between business and IT teams
• You establish regular reports on on-going development projects to your hierarchy, and anticipate potential points of attention

Your profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
• You have a previous working experience in the energy sector or in consultancy
• You have worked on projects related with Energy Management and/or Data Analytics
• An experience with managing platform/customer portal projects
• You are focused on customer needs and result-driven
• You show creativity, motivation, and eager to learn with a high sense of attention to details
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. A good knowledge of Luxembourgish will be considered a plus.
