The Opportunity

As a Data Analyst, you'll collaborate across departments to provide valuable business intelligence, generate dynamic reports, and analyse trends using tools like Python, PowerBI, and AWS Athena.

Working closely with data engineers, you'll ensure seamless access to critical information, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for data insights across the organization.
• Develop, maintain, and improve business reporting using tools like Athena and PowerBI.
• Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Standardize and manage the internal data catalog, ensuring accessibility and usability.
• Drive innovation by adopting modern tools and methodologies for data analysis.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to strengthen the team’s capabilities.

Essential Experience:

• Python
• Strong at writing SQL
• Upper Medior / Senior level
• Experience with a cloud-based data warehouse - Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse etc
• Worked with BI tools like PowerBI, Quicksight

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the financial trading or crypto domain.
• A degree or Master's in Mathematics / Data

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)

Salary: €70,000–€90,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses and pension.
