Junior Databases & Applications Administrator

We're looking for a new team member to work in the databases and applications administration team, that has responsibilities in the definition of technical architectures, projects execution, maintenance activities and end user support. The job is done working closely together with other teams, in a company with an international presence and people from various cultures. The applications landscape and technologies involved is vast and goes from the on-premises applications and databases to cloud solutions.

Requirements

  • Superior Degree in Informatic Engineering or similar;
  • Minimum of three years of experience in SAP Basis Administration (ABAP and JAVA instances) with knowledge in homogeneous system copies, support packages installation, profiles and users maintenance;
  • Experience in Windows and Linux Red Hat operative systems;
  • Knowledge in Oracle databases administration and upgrades;
  • Knowledge of MaxDB, MS SQL Server as a plus;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
  • Analytical thinking & Problem Solving;
  • Initiative, Proactivity & Decision Taking.
