What we’re looking for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data-driven models to generate actionable insights for marketing campaigns;
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing, analysis, and predictive modeling;
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, customer behaviors, and campaign performance;
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define KPIs and optimize strategies through data insights;
- Visualize results using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms;
- Provide recommendations to improve customer engagement and ROI through analytics.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Python programming for data analysis and machine learning;
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy);
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn);
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow);
- Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and customer segmentation models.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on marketing or customer analytics;
- Knowledge of marketing KPIs and strategies, such as customer lifetime value (CLV) or churn prediction;
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies;
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or marketing automation platforms;
- Certification in data science or machine learning (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS Certified Data Analytics).
