We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Address complex data-related challenges by conducting in-depth analyses to extract actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain standards for data integrity and reporting, fostering a culture of trust in data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant, well-structured insights to support decision-making.
• Break down process monitoring indicators and generate comprehensive reports summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Analyze the data and use data visualization tools to identify trends, trajectories, and anomalies that contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Innovate and provide solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making processes within the product development department.
• After insights and discoveries from data, coordinate cross-departments to move business optimization forward
• Strong project management and communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders
• Ad-hoc support for emergencies and progress monitoring for key projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related departments
• At least 3 years of experience in BA. ( preferably in e-commerce)
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Project management and presentation skills
• Good at team collaboration
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• PMP certificates are preferred.
