UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer

Location: Dubai

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required)

Key Responsibilities:

User Research:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences.
• Analyse user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
• Develop high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes for presentation and testing.

UI Design:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure designs are consistent with the brand's identity and design guidelines.

UX Optimization:

• Focus on optimizing user experiences through usability testing and iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

Tools and Technology:

• Use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch) to create and deliver designs.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a software development environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of user-cantered design principles and practices.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
