Senior Program Manager - Risk (Construction/Development Projects)

Brief:

The Senior Program Manager - Risk, will be responsible for overseeing and managing Risk Management process including the developing risk management plans, identification, analysis, and reporting of project risks across the division. The role will be responsible in safeguarding project outcomes, ensuring the achievement of objectives, and maintaining the company's reputation for delivering exceptional results through proper risk tracking and mitigation measures.

Education, Qualification, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in risk management or other relevant field
• Strong understanding of ISO 31000 Risk Management
• Good knowledge and experience of management and leadership principals required to direct and lead risk management with a multi-skilled project team in a complex environment
• Minimum 8 years working in project risk management
• Strong project management skills
• Expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and management
• Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
