At Quantcast, we're redefining what's possible in digital advertising. As a global Demand Side Platform (DSP) powered by AI, we help marketers connect with the right audiences and deliver measurable results across the Open Web. Our foundation is built on cutting-edge measurement and consumer analytics, giving our clients the tools they need to drive success in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Since our start in 2006, we've pioneered industry firsts—from launching the original measurement platform for digital publishers to introducing the first AI-driven DSP. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that thrives on creating transformative solutions, Quantcast is the perfect place to grow your career.
Quantcast is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented hybrid Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Sourcer to join our dynamic team on a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension. The role is based in Toronto and is hybrid 3 days a week in the office.
In this role, you will be instrumental in both facilitating the recruitment process and sourcing top talent to meet our evolving business needs. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting key operational aspects of the talent acquisition lifecycle.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys balancing administrative excellence with proactive sourcing to help build our growing team.
Responsibilities
A Culture of Belonging.
Since 2006, Quantcast has been making waves in digital advertising from our San Francisco headquarters. With 18 offices across 10 countries, we’re a global team dedicated to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, included, and respected. We actively ensure individuals with disabilities receive the accommodations they need to thrive—from the application process to daily work life. If you need assistance, we’re here to help.
Work Your Way.
Flexibility is at the heart of our hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home two days a week and collaborate with your team in the office the rest of the time. Need more freedom? All hybrid employees can enjoy two fully remote weeks each year or, if eligible, apply for our fully remote work program. Your hiring manager will guide you on specifics based on your location and team.
At Quantcast, we don’t just offer a job; we offer a path to grow, thrive, and make a meaningful impact.
