Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our Visual Communications team, specializing in creating visually compelling sales and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is a natural visual storyteller with a strong eye for design and proficiency in PowerPoint, capable of producing high-quality work under tight deadlines. This role requires direct communication with leadership, so proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills are also essential.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leaders and content writers to design and produce brand-compliant presale materials (mostly in PPT) and marketing content for various media using multiple design tools.
Drive communication to gather requirements, present concepts, and address feedback professionally.
Manage urgent requests with efficiency and attention to detail, meeting tight deadlines.
Maintain brand consistency across all design materials and propose improvements to enhance visual storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role working with international clients within the IT industry or design studio/agency.
Strong graphic design skills, expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Proven experience with portfolio in creating visual identities and branded assets.
Proficiency in PowerPoint (and PowerPoint Online) with a portfolio showcasing high-level presentation design (ability to create master slides, templates, dynamic transitions etc.)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma.
Experience with data visualization and creating infographics.
Interest in experimenting with and utilizing AI design tools to enhance production efficiency.
Upper-intermediate fluent English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly accountable, collaborative, and detail-oriented with exceptional self-management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Prior experience in collaborating with content creators to enhance storytelling.
Experience in creating visual assets for product marketing campaigns.
An eye for photography, photo editing, or visual direction for photo-based content
