Here’s How You’ll Make An Impact

Align the company’s goal and vision with the teams’ tasks by setting clear priorities for the team
Responsible for efficient project management of Products (including Budget and Resource requesting, Risk Management and Reporting)
Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
Delivering projects of varying sizes, types, and complexity within the committed timeline in line with the roadmap
Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Strong knowledge in business, budgeting, and analysis domains
Working in close connection with the Teams Leads
Frequent communications with 3rd parties and customers
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Planings, Daily Meetings, Demos, and Retrospectives
Regular improvements of processes

What Makes You A Strong Candidate

3+ years of experience in project management in IT
Strong knowledge of project management, understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques
Experience in working with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) methodologies
Experience with Jira, Jira Plans, Monday, Confluence, Excel, Retro Tools
Understanding of SDLC
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Advanced time management and analytical skills
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Upper-intermediate English
