As a Sportsbet Operations Assistant Executive, you'll be an essential member of the Sportsbet Operations team, providing an unbeatable experience for our clients. You'll provide second-level support for Customer Experience Agents and help other departments with operational tasks.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be

• Maximizing customer experience by making sure navigation on the site is user-friendly and extremely fast
• Reviewing and updating customer accounts, processing settlements and bonuses
• Second-level support for Customer Experience Agents
• Managing and monitoring different country regions
• Helping other departments with operational tasks
• Offer management activities
• Managing Sportsbet-specific live incidents (where applicable).
  
  

✔️ What we expect from you

• Good knowledge of sports
• Proficiency in Excel and competent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
• Excellent level of verbal and written English
• A team player mindset
• Experience in the Crypto industry is a plus.
