About The Role

Were looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead our Customer Experience Transformation Plan. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a major, cross-organisational project designed to elevate the customer experience across the City of Parramatta. You will promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging new technologies and refined procedures to better meet our customers needs.
