About The Role

We are looking for a Tech Director to join our team at Globant! In this role, you will lead and mentor teams of talented engineers in the development and delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions for our clients. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in electronics products, who can bring both engineering and management expertise to our projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Tech Leads and Architects.

Influence a large team or multiple teams to achieve their goals.

Recommend strategic code reuse opportunities across the company.

Define technical profiles, performance, and training standards.

Train people in Agile best practices and act as Scrum Master.

Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.

Make an impact. Work in large-scale projects globally.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in system, electronic or mechatronic engineering.

Extensive experience working on projects involving electronics products, from both an engineering and management perspective.

Knowledge in Agile methodologies, processes, and technical team leadership.

Advanced English skills.

Expertise in at least one major technology and business domain.

Highly Desirable: Hands-on experience with electronics product development (software or hardware).
