We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team in Brussels.

Your role:

• Data Analysis and Modeling. Utilize statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex data sets, build predictive models, and derive actionable insights.
• Data Visualization and Communication. Create clear and compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Strategy Development. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business strategies, providing expertise on data-driven decision-making and innovation.

Your profile:

• Experience in Data Analysis and Modeling: Over 4 years of experience in analyzing data, building statistical models, and developing machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in Programming Languages: Strong programming skills in Python or R, with practical experience in relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Knowledge of Advanced Analytical Techniques: Experience with advanced analytical techniques such as deep learning or natural language processing (NLP).
• Background in Big Data Technologies: Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for data processing and analysis.

Nice to have:

• Certification in Data Science or Machine Learning: Relevant certifications in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
• Experience with Cloud Data Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services.
• Expertise in Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Experience in Agile Environments: Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
