Role definition

• Management and communication of changes in the network infrastructure: Zscaler public range expansion, VPN changes, Firewall changes, Wifi IAW.
• Project Management: Ex: Dashboard Wifi occupancy, Single Sign On (connected users)
• Outsourcing: RFQs, VDIs, Non-standard needs queries (Llano Castellano), Onside (4G Router)
• Lifecycle: Office opening/closing. Definition of equipment, lines, monitoring, billing validation, etc
• Network inventory management, equipment purchase, etc.
• Networking Incidents.
• Networking Maintenance
• SystemsSystems Administration (Windows Server)
• Active Directory / Azure AD (Domain Policy and User Management)
• Microsoft Intune
• Mobile Device Management – MDM
• Team Management – Autopilot
• Teams Communications Administrator (Telephony integrated into Teams)
• Teams Devices Administrator (Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing
