About The Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven Learning &Development (L&D) Project Manager to join our HR team in Riga, Latvia. In this role, you'll be a key player in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within SEB Baltic Division. You'll design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions that empower our employees to grow and contribute to our organizational success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the learning offering in the Baltic Division based on prioritized competence development initiatives and strategic learning needs
• Collaborating with external and internal facilitators, coach subject matter experts ensuring learning solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Collaborating with global L&D organisation to ensure learning content is in line with SEB guidelines
• Ownership and coordination for all L&D activities within Latvia, linking to the Group and Baltic common agenda
• Facilitate team development and leadership sessions using SEB tools and frameworks
• Partner with business units and HR Business Partners and senior managers to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions at the Baltic level
• Contribute to strengthening the everyday learning culture
  
  

What we expect:

• You have a genuine passion for learning and development, with strong understanding and experience in adult learning principles and instructional design
• You have proven experience in creating and delivering engaging learning experiences, using a variety of methods like e-learning, workshops, and coaching
• Excellent project management skills, enabling you to manage the full lifecycle of L&D projects effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across different business units and levels
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Fluent Latvian and English skills in order to manage Baltic L&D projects with multiple stakeholders from different countries

€2,500 - €3,500 a month

(before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
