Product Manager in the UK (hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced product manager to oversee our strategic financial clients, with a focus on embedding our product within the partner’s ecosystems. This position involves cultivating and managing key partnerships to drive product integration and collaborative innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the client's requirements. Your responsibilities include defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the implementation of embedded solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, preferably in Fintech, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage large-scale partnerships. As a vital member of our product strategy and execution team, you will define the product vision, validate it with customers, execute it effectively, and contribute to the company's success. How is your day going to look, what will you be doing?

• Collaborate closely with strategic financial clients to integrate and expand the Ezbob platform within their product and service offerings
• Gather client requirements and develop solutions aligned with platform capabilities and limitations.
• Build the project plan, prioritizing relevant milestones, schedule releases and sprints, and groom the backlog accordingly.
• Create detailed user stories with clear, comprehensive acceptance criteria and other product documentation.
• Guide and work closely with engineering teams throughout developing delightful experiences customers love. Minimum qualifications to apply for this role: A proven track record of over 3 years in Product Management roles with a strong focus on fintech products

• You excel in fostering collaboration across various departments: R&D, sales, operations, finance, and marketing. By ensuring all voices are heard, you act as a conductor rather than the lead singer. Your strength lies in leading through influence without depending on formal authority.
• You’re a storyteller that can articulate problems into stories that people want to care about. And you can write it all down clearly so that R&D can get on the same page. Excellent ability to communicate and advocate the business values and customer needs
• You're fluent in English, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel
