About the Role

As OTC Strategist Digital Assets Trading for Da Vinci, you will play a crucial role in setting up OTC trading activities for the company. You will be heavily involved in setting up the desk, maintaining and establishing relations with external and internal stakeholders, setting up new business with counterparties and maintaining, and enhancing our market presence. Responsibilities:

• Hands on building of an OTC desk, setting up processes in close collaboration with Trading, Risk, Legal and Compliance
• Monitor market trends and identify profitable trading opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with counterparties, ensuring excellent customer service and confidentiality
• Execute and manage large-scale OTC crypto transactions with institutional counterparties
• Collaborate with the research and risk management teams to enhance trading strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience/network in OTC space, preferably in the digital assets or financial sector
• Strong knowledge of digital markets and blockchain technology
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Enjoys building new relationships and exploring innovative opportunities
• Social and possesses a good sense of humor
