SingularityDAO Labs is seeking a highly motivated and creative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team. The successful candidate will lead our marketing strategy and initiatives to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and community engagement.  He/she will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth through innovative marketing channels in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry.  This is an exciting opportunity to work for a rapidly growing DeFi company that offers excellent potential for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Brand Management: Define and maintain our brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Community Engagement: Cultivate and engage our online community of users, investors, and enthusiasts through social media, forums, and community channels.
• Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure positive press coverage, thought leadership opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Analytics and Insights: Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and guidelines related to cryptocurrency/DeFi marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree will be an advantage.
• Proven track record (7+ years) of leadership experience in marketing roles, preferably in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or DeFi industry.
• Deep understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts, cryptocurrency markets, and blockchain technology.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire a team.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player with willingness to take on new challenges and projects.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (C1)
