Machine Learning Engineer - ML Imaging

RaySearch is expanding in the field of machine learning to improve cancer care and is looking for a machine learning engineer to join our head office in Stockholm. About The Position

We are an agile team dedicated to developing innovative machine learning solutions that enhance cancer treatment. As a member of the ML Imaging team, you will contribute to building state-of-the-art deep learning models for medical image analysis, including image segmentation. These models are already making a significant difference, being used daily in hundreds of clinics worldwide to improve patient care.

In this role, you will focus on developing tools that support deep learning model development and inference. Your responsibilities will include working on data management systems, GPU-server infrastructure, and creating monitoring tools to facilitate model training. You will also play a key role in building and optimizing Python libraries used for training and testing deep learning models.

Your Profile

We are looking for a skilled software developer with a passion for programming and a keen interest in algorithms, machine learning, and software development for healthcare. Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in computer science, machine learning, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with:
• Python libraries such as pandas and numpy.
• Web frameworks like Flask and FastAPI.
• Databases, including Postgres and SQL Server.
• UNIX environments, Docker, and deployment best practices.
  

Meriting

• Proficiency in C#, C++, or CUDA.
• Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or TensorRT.
• Knowledge of systems for orchestration.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2 and SageMaker.
