Your role

In this exciting new role, you will be at the forefront of international collaboration, coordinating and leading Saab's participation in key programs such as EDF, EDA, and NATO. You will act as the central point of contact, connecting our internal business units, other business areas, and group-wide functions, ensuring seamless execution of projects on a global scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

• "The spider in the web": Coordinate and lead dynamics participation in international collaborations within programs such as EDF, EDA and NATO.
• Strategic Planning: Shape the future product portfolio by identifying and integrating new technologies into our offerings.
• Project Management Excellence: Provide technical and supervisory direction to projects and services, from design to start-up, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Leadership & Team Building: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Global Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across borders, building strong relationships and driving successful partnerships.
  
  
  

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

• A strong understanding of international defense programs and collaborations.
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on implementing and executing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• A passion for innovation and a keen interest in how new technology can benefit our products.
• A high degree of self-drive and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
  
  
  

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
