Our Software Development Trainee Programme is designed to offer a comprehensive learning experience for individuals aspiring to embark on a career in Software Development. Upon completion of this program, you may have the opportunity to join Fill-Labs with a competitive salary and an exciting career path.

🔍 Qualifications We Seek:

- To be or want to be Full-Stack.

- A minimum of six months of experience in any language (check the next point).

- Making type safety a requirement.

- Preferring Go for the backend and TypeScript, React, and NextJS for the frontend.

- In past projects, getting involved in every part of it and being part of a team that decided everything for the overall picture.

- To strive for stability while testing and understandability in documentation.

- English fluency in speech, writing, and reading for both understanding and explaining.

🤝How Will The Process Be?

- A pre-elimination for the individuals who applied.

- Sending the Technical Evaluation Set to the candidates who were chosen in the pre-elimination phase.

- Providing feedback on the Technical Evaluation Set after the applicant has completed it.

- Interview with the Fill-Labs Team.

- Employment proposition.

- Onboarding.
