We are looking for Product Designer who will be on our team.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field (Industrial Design, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), etc.)
• At least 2 years of design experience working on projects such as mobile apps and web platforms.
• Ability to develop and implement user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma or other similar design programs at an advanced level.
• Experience with creating and improving design systems, ensuring effective use of existing systems.
• Expertise in UX and UI design, preparing high-quality prototypes.
• Ability to plan user research, make data-driven design decisions, and analyze user feedback to drive design improvements.
• Ability to provide innovative solutions, following UX and UI trends throughout every stage of product development (research, design, testing).
• Strong collaboration skills, working closely with teams such as product managers, software engineers, marketing, and more to ensure timely and effective project completion.
• Strong communication skills and being a good team player.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare pixel-perfect design documents based on user and product needs.
• Continuously create and improve design systems to ensure a consistent brand identity and user experience across the company’s digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers, development teams, data analysts, and marketing teams to ensure designs are implemented in line with technical requirements and business goals.
• Track projects to ensure design tasks are completed on time.
