Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Senior Consultant/Manager to join our Digital Banking Solutions team, specifically focused on core banking projects. This role is critical to reinforcing our team's capabilities as we continue to support a growing portfolio of high-impact projects. If you have a strong background in consulting, particularly within the banking industry, and possess expertise in Avaloq, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Digital Banking Solutions and Banking Advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for core banking projects, primarily using the Avaloq platform.
• Engage in requirements engineering to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Customize the Avaloq model to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with project goals.
• Participate in project delivery, leveraging your expertise in IT and finance to provide strategic insights and practical solutions.
• Support additional core banking projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
• Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Master’s degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in consultancy, preferably within a major professional services environment.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering and project delivery.
• Proven expertise in Avaloq, including model customization and ACCP certification.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Avaloq and core banking systems.
• Strong understanding of IT delivery processes.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proficiency in French or German is a strong advantage.

Certifications:

• Avaloq ACCP certification is advantageous.

Additional Information:

• This role offers the flexibility to work from home for 1 or 2 days per week. However, candidates must be based in Luxembourg and have the ability to commute to the office as needed.
