UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to create high-quality designs for digital products within defense industry projects.
• Review existing designs, propose improvements, and develop new design concepts.
• Conduct the user research processes.
• Follow best practices and trends in UI/UX design and integrate them into projects.
• Develop and document design specifications compliant with defense industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience in defense industry projects or familiarity with this field is a plus.
• Proficiency in mobile application design and industrial interfaces.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methods.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch (must) and Adobe XD (nice to have), or similar.
• Has experience in conducting user research or possesses a strong understanding of user research processes.
• Ability to understand and apply design requirements compliant with defense industry standards.
• Strong verbal and visual presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Location and Work Type:

• The position is based in Ankara, and the work arrangement is on-site.
