Network Engineer (IP Address Plan and DDI)

PROJECT INFORMATION:

  • Working hours: 12:00-21:00 (9h per day, lunch break included in working time)

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This position will be focused providing expertise in design, installation, configuration and operations for the network infrastructure and related projects within the Company environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create low-level design documentation and execution planning.
  • Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Provide deployment guidance to ensure implementations are consistent with design specs.
  • Understanding business challenges, goals, and environment.
  • Being responsible for continuous service improvements and optimization.
  • Cooperating with internal and external customers, as well as responding to escalations.
  • Integrate with AVS / VxRAIL Stack, forwarding and delegation resources.
  • Provide full Root Cause Analysis for any production outages.
  • Implementing repeatable move, add, changes for LAN, WAN, security, wireless, remote access, load balancing, and cloud connectivity.
  • Functioning as a point of contact for other engineers for Incidents and Changes.
  • Employing production monitoring tools to ensure that all systems are running and available.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience engineering large complex enterprise environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Infoblox products and best practices.
  • Understanding of routing protocols and overlay.
  • Experience with switching platforms.
  • Knowledge of wireless standards and protocols3+ years of experience engineering large complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience of Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM and related services.
  • Configuration and Management In-depth knowledge of DNS, NTP, IPAM, BIND, and DHCP.
  • Cloud Network automation experience for cloud-based implementation DNS Network Engineer to support merger and acquisitions DNS engineer for remote site moves from untrusted to the trusted network.
  • Familiarity with IT governance standards and compliance including ITIL and SOC.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to use complex data to find opportunities, recognize problems and draw logical conclusions.
  • Experience with working as part of a Global 24*7 support model.

Nice to have:

  • Certifications : DDI PROFESSIONAL OR CORE DDI (admin-troubleshooting).
  • Knowledge of networking infrastructure suppliers and service offerings including: Infoblox, Azure Cloud, NSX-T, VxRail,
  • Ability to produce and present technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Teamwork: establish and maintain effective and appropriate working relationships with those contacted during the workday.
