Are you a Product Analyst with experience in crypto exchanges, brokerages, or fintech? Do you have a passion for data-driven product development and a strong understanding of how crypto exchanges operate?

I’m partnering with an exciting, fast-growing crypto firm that’s looking to bring on a Product Analyst to help shape the future of their exchange platform. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and innovative team.

About the Role:

As a Product Analyst, you'll be at the heart of the team, driving product development and shaping the strategy for their crypto exchange platform. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers, using data and market insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance data to guide product decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with engineers and stakeholders to define clear product requirements.
• Help shape the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct competitive analysis to keep the platform ahead of the curve in the crypto space.
• Support the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar product management role, ideally within crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of crypto exchanges—order books, liquidity, trading pairs, etc.
• Experience working with brokers, crypto exchanges, or building exchange platforms for others is a huge plus!
• Expertise in data analysis using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills—you’ll be working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
