We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Manager/Project Manager to assist in the planning and implementation of procurement. The successful candidate will work closely with the Procurement Manager from the Finance and Procurement Department and collaborate with other internal resources, including technical and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager to plan and execute procurement activities.
• Facilitate the implementation of procurement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including technical and legal resources, to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive procurement processes, including planning, implementation, and negotiations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Proven experience and documented results in project management and sub-project management.
• Significant experience with public IT procurement processes, including practical operational experience with the state’s standard agreements.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and negotiating procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of technology.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian.
• Ability to manage processes and execute tasks effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork with diverse stakeholders.
