The Role
Embarking on a 3-5 transformation program to enable the business to successfully grow & scale, you will be supporting the Head of Delivery, who has a large team consisting of PM's, BA's and Change. Working in a varied role, you will enjoy a fast-paced culture and will be someone who can multi-task and work under pressure.
Able to start in late January or early February 2025, ideally you will be able to be in the Docklands office for up to 3-4 days per week, with WFH also available.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a Project Administration role or similar position
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantageous
- Proven skills in setting up meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Experience raising purchase orders and managing invoice payments
- Assisting with planning & coordination tasks
- Ability to schedule project meetings
- Understanding of project lifecycle and ability to work to deadlines is critical
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are mandatory
- Tertiary and/or Industry Certifications, such as PMBOK or similar, are advantageous
