IT Project Manager - Business Analysis / Modelling techniques / Process Analysis

NTT Data is currently looking for an IT Project Manager for one of our clients in the public sector based in Brussels. This role will be performed in a hybrid mode.

Context:

Key responsibilities

· Ensure the end-to-end alignment of the solution delivered by the supplier for his/her domain/project with the architectural principles & concepts and with the i-Police requirements (incl. capabilities, business processes, information models, interfaces, project management, QA, documentation, services)

· Monitor and control the progress of the project and deliverables of the supplier for his/her domain/project

· Establish and guarantee an efficient collaboration and communication channel with the Tactical Leaders & Process Owners of the GPI (the User representatives), with the Business analysts from DRI BU, with the Change management consultants from DRI, with other DRI & GPI experts (Product technical experts from DRI, Data Protection Officer, Legal DRI, Master Data manager, …)

· Establish and guarantee an efficient collaboration and communication channel with international instances / stakeholders (Europol, Interpol, Schengen/EU Lisa)

· Act as a liaison towards the supplier organisation regarding his/her domain/project activities.

· Participate to weekly 'domain/project coordination' meeting with the supplier

· Work in close collaboration with the Delivery Manager, the Business Architecture coordinator, the Information Architecture coordinator, the Technical Architecture coordinator and the Acceptance testing coordinator

Profile :

· At least 5 years of experience in Business analysis

· At least 10 years of experience in Project Management

· At least 5 years of experience in large public organisations

· Expert knowledge of business process analysis & modelling techniques

· Proven knowledge by a recent reference (in past 3 years) of the police organisation

· Proven knowledge by a recent reference of a large public organisation

· Mother tongue : NL or FR. Proficiency, both written & oral, in the other national language as well as in English, is a must.
