Your journey with usAs a SAP Cloud Manager at Deloitte Belgium, you will work with clients to design and implement SAP cloud solutions, enabling their digital transformation. You will play a pivotal role in managing projects, leading teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP cloud services, such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and other SAP cloud offerings.Client Delivery & Leadership:

• Lead SAP cloud implementation projects, managing teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their cloud strategy and translate their business requirements into SAP Cloud solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project progress, ensuring clear communication and strong client relationships.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.

SAP Cloud Expertise:

• Manage the deployment of SAP Cloud technologies, such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Guide clients in adopting cloud-based SAP solutions, advising on cloud migration strategies, hybrid environments, and platform integration.
• Ensure best practices are followed in configuring and implementing SAP cloud solutions, providing hands-on guidance where necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent functional knowledge in at least one domain of business processes: e.g. finance, sales, purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, or others.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Promote innovation by exploring new SAP cloud capabilities and recommending enhancements to improve client systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP cloud offerings and market trends, integrating these into Deloitte’s SAP service offerings.
• Identify opportunities for expanding Deloitte’s SAP cloud services within existing client portfolios and contribute to business development by participating in proposals and pitches.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and junior staff, ensuring they have the support and training needed to excel in SAP cloud projects.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and the development of SAP Cloud expertise across the team.
• Actively participate in internal initiatives, contributing to Deloitte’s SAP practice growth.

Let's talk about youExperience:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with focused on SAP cloud solutions.
• Proven experience in managing SAP projects, particularly in cloud environments (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP BTP, etc.).
• Strong background in client-facing roles with demonstrated success in managing client relationships and project delivery.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing teams and engaging with senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• SAP certifications in cloud solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP) are highly desired.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is required.
