Network coordinator

Job description & responsibilities:

As a Network coordinator, you are responsible for the coordination, planning, follow up and delivery of new network and network security project with our network service providers and our internal stakeholders follow incident and request on the network

You will :

• coordinate and follow up the required actions for the project delivery on the network with our network service providers.
• act as SPOC for network projects
• work closely with the IT PM Manager & network architect in charge of the different projects
• create project planning and test- & migration plans
• create, follow up and deliver reports towards project manager and different stakeholders
• Organizing project-related meetings and events, making notes and reports and maintaining standard project documentation;
• Ensure that standards, processes, procedures, work instructions and regulations are followed within the (ICT) business;
• Follow incident and request related to network

Profile (technical skills & Experience):

• Good understanding of TCP/IP & ISO
• Routing protocol: OSPF, BGP
• WAN: MPLS / IP VPN / VRF
• LAN, 802.1X and Radius
• WLAN, analyze and follow up new site networks and infrastructure
• DDI 
• Firewalling
• Experience with Ms-Project and Ms Excel, (reporting and planning)

Profile (soft skills & Experience):

• You have a master's degree or an (IT) bachelor's degree and can look back on +10 several years' experience in a similar IT position;
• Excellent time & self-management
• Self-discipline and autonomy are standard features of your work ethic;
• You like meeting deadlines and are not afraid of a heavy workload;
• Be end-user centric driven
• Proven Project management skills are required  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player
• Experience of working in public enterprises is an advantage
• Experience in partnering with service providers and 3rd party teams and vendors.
• Fluent in Dutch and French and English, oral and written
• Able to build network relationship trough several organisation
