Job Summary：

Performs tasks pre-defined in project plans; prepares and maintains documentation.

Provides routines customer liaison functions.

Recognizes processes and products utilized in functional areas of customer's business.

Resolves routine problems and escalates issues as appropriate.

Responsibilities

This role plays a vital role in analyzing the needs of the business and to support business initiatives from an IT perspective.

Participates on proposal teams. Accelerates the rollout of Tableau reports from the Trane Data Cloud. Facilitating the time-critical migration from Alteryx to Dataiku ensuring timely completion of all workflows.
