We are looking for a Process Developer, Travel and Expenses to join our client's team in Vilnius.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the area of Invoice-to-Pay (Travel and Expenses).
• Process expertise, process and root cause analysis skills.
• End-to-end mindset and way of operating.
• Project management skills or will to develop them.
• Solution and development-oriented way of working, problem solving skills.
• Customer service mindset.
• Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Advanced written and oral English.
• Concur knowledge.

Nice to have:

SAP and other accounting software and databases experience.

Accountabilities:

• Participate in building and developing end-to-end way of thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
• Work towards process standardization, harmonization and development globally in close co-operation with Global Process Owner.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, from both efficiency and effectiveness perspective, and deliver relevant solutions.
• Drive digitalization, automation and use of smart tools together with the finance development and Global Process Owner.
• Participate developing and testing new functionalities of the systems.
• Ensure process documentation and instructions are always available and up to date.
• Consult and support operational teams resolving complicated, repeating (process) issues related to systems, processes and policies.
• Coach and facilitate operational teams to identify improvement opportunities in co-operation with Operations Manager.
• Define and develop performance measurement (KPI's).
• Act as project manager in selected projects.
• Execute all other position related tasks delegated by direct manager.
