About the position:

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for setting the vision for technology products and defining the product roadmap to fulfill that vision. The TPM works cross-functionally with teams responsible for selling, building, and supporting the product to ensure it meets current and future customer needs while being delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. By researching and understanding technology trends, the TPM leverages emerging technologies to accelerate product development and differentiate the product from competitors. Additionally, the TPM ensures that the product can meet the needs of multiple customers while remaining extensible and scalable to support future business opportunities in a cost-effective manner.

Your responsibilities will look like:

  • Defining the product roadmap to fulfill the product vision.
  • Working closely with the Business Product Manager to ensure the product roadmap is fully aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional development, design, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure product direction is clearly understood and followed by all parties, and aligned with strategic technical direction.
  • Conducting product discovery process to ensure fast and thorough conceptualisation, prototyping, and risk assessment of new products and/or major features early in the delivery cycle.
  • Evaluating technical feasibility of the product roadmap to ensure it is the efficient technical approach to fulfill the product vision.
  • Working closely with third parties to ensure the product meets third-party integration, data, and extensibility requirements where applicable.

What we expect from you:

Education Required:

  • A degree in a field related to Software Engineering;
  • Proven years of experience in the financial services industry;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and design;
  • Experience interacting directly with customers;

It would be excellent if you have:

  • Experience with SQL;
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma;
  • Scrum methodology certification;
