Graphic Designers - Spain

For our Global Communication and Brand Team we are looking for 4 Graphic Designers, who will collaborate globally, with the different regions.

As a Graphics Designer, you will work closely with the Senior Global Brand And Creative Manager as well as with cross-functional teams to develop and adapt designs that meet business needs and communicate brand, customer, channel, and operational messages effectively. This role leverages brand guidelines across all of the Dentsply Sirona brands, events, and other required communications to develop print, digital, and video assets for internal and external use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, as well as experience in the design process, asset management, and team collaboration. The persons must be based in Spain, with option of remote work.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and localize existing assets to markets needs and regulations within the existing brand guidelines
• Coordinate with web designers, outside agencies, marketing teams, printers, and other colleagues as required.
• Act as the point of contact for all external asset creation with vendors for events, tradeshows, exhibitions, etc.
• Develop a deep understanding of the corporate brand guidelines and design principles.
• Bring the brief and concept to life based on the team’s vision and needs.
• Work with internal teams to maintain budget constraints and prioritize asset creation to meet deadlines.
• Review final design layouts from external vendors and provide feedback and incorporate feedback as needed to ensure brand guidelines are met.
• Have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work with the team to update the asset management system with new designs as needed.
  
  

Requirements And Qualification

• Experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Knowledge of Canva and other design software is a plus
• Familiarity or working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or other similar video editing software is a plus
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
• 2+ years of graphic design experience
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with corporate brand guidelines
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, advertising, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency with software such as Illustrator and Photoshop
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Strong time management skills
