Quantitative Researcher – Algorithmic Trading Firm

Base Salary: Up to €100,000 per annum + expected 100% bonus (uncapped)

Location: Amsterdam, on site

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher to join our dynamic team based in Amsterdam. This role offers a competitive salary of up to €100,000 per annum, along with a generous performance linked bonus scheme, reflecting the critical nature of the position in our rapid-growth environment.

As a Quantitative Researcher on our team, you will be operating as a senior and core member of our high-performance, dedicated, multi-disciplinary team. You will work together with other quants on alpha generation, feature modelling, portfolio optimisation and extracting predictive signals from public feed and data more generally.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven experience as a Quantitative Researcher (Or Internships with PhD).
• Strong Python and/or Rust programming skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A track record of researching alpha, predictive modelling and developing orthogonal features across multiple categories in statistical arbitrage context.
