We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our mobile payment application, TokenFlex

✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• Develop and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Present new ideas and creative projects aligned with strategies, brand guidelines and trend reports,
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance brand identity,
• Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure seamless implementation of new initiatives ,
• Design social experiences that integrate seamlessly into our product offerings,
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance competitiveness,
• Analyze and report market trends and competitor activities to enable best practices,
• Create and develop marketing strategies appropriate to the life cycle of the products and to the countries, transforming and implementing strategies into marketing plans,
• Prepare launch plans and launch activities for the new products align with the company marketing strategies,
• Analyze country and competition environment through gathering customer insights,
• Analyze the profitability of the products for which he/she is responsible.
• Regularly engages with users to gather feedback and advocates for their needs within the company.
• Leverage analytics and data insights to guide product decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Continuously monitor product performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve business objectives.
• Stay informed about the latest security protocols and regulatory requirements for mobile payments and ensure that the product complies with industry standards and best practices to protect user data.

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in Fintech or mobile payments industry,
• Excellent in spoken and written English,
• Innovative and creative approach,
• Critical thinker, proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions,
• Obsessed with executing with excellence, anticipating, and over-delivering on customer needs,
• Enjoys being a part of a highly motivated and demanding team,
• Passion for staying updated with digital wallet sector trends,
• Results-oriented and self-motivated personality,
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies for product management and product development ,
• Strong understanding of customer experience, with a focus on experiential marketing and detail-oriented approach,
• Willingness to travel as required
